Membership Application

Thank you for your interest in joining PQMD. Here are a few things you should know prior to completing the application.

1. PQMD is a global alliance leading the development of high standards in medication, medical device and supply and service donations. Through these efforts, PQMD seeks to enhance access to health care in underserved communities and in areas affected by disaster in the US and globally. The programmatic and logistical work to enable such donations is conducted by our members within their respective organizations.
2. There is an annual membership fee to be part of PQMD. The fees are different for NGOs and Corporate members. If you would like more details regarding the fee please reach out to PQMD at contact@pqmd.org.
3. We require two sponsors for new members – one from a current corporate PQMD member and one from a current NGO PQMD member. Typically sponsors partner with, or have previously partnered with, the applicant. If you need assistance with identifying an appropriate sponsor, please contact us.
4. PQMD seeks new members who have an expressed or demonstrated interest in developing, upholding and pursuing the highest possible standards for medical donations and service. Potential applicants should be prepared to actively engage in collaborative conversations with the membership around these topics, including participating in committees, working groups, and other mechanisms to advance these conversations. Membership does not imply collaboration with current members and no solicitation of such should occur or be expected to occur. If organizations are interested in partnering with other members, such conversations should take place outside of time dedicated to PQMD meetings, calls, etc. This should not be your reason for applying for membership.

**NGO applicants: At this time, we are accepting applications from both corporate and NGO sector organizations.  However, due to our policy designed to balance sector membership, NGO applicants, once pre-approved, will be added to a waitlist until the sectors are balanced across our membership.  Thank you for your interest in membership!***
