This session is for program practitioners who want to discover how PQMD’s Impact Pyramid to inform the M&E approaches for their own programs. Registration is limited.
Join us for a hands-on technical workshop using the newest tool in the MFS Toolkit: the Impact Pyramid. This foundational framework articulates and connects key medical product donations pathways to ultimate impact areas. As a participant, you'll get the chance to interact with this new resource through the lens of your own organization - thinking through some of the pathways you lean on to create impact, and how M&E can support your work. This session will be run by M&E experts PQMD Adviser Dale Hill and PQMD’s Consultant Laura Hollod.
