February is Measuring for Success month at PQMD!

We are celebrating with a series of events to connect you to tools, insights, and a community focused on understanding and sharing the impact of medical product donations. While these events build upon each other, each one can also stand alone. Registration is per event, and participants in all events will receive a PQMD certificate.

Any questions, please contact Juliemarie Vander Burg, PQMD Senior Director, Global Health.

Introduction & Overview: PQMD’s Measuring for Success Toolkit

Thursday, February 3rd @ 11am-11:45am ET

Are you interested in articulating and sharing the impact of your medical product donations work in a clear and consistent way? This session is for leadership, program managers, implementing and funding partners at any stage of the M&E process.

Join Mitch Eiting (Global Philanthropic and Corporate Giving Manager at Midmark) and PQMD’s Knowledge & Innovation Committee for an engaging overview of PQMD’s Measuring for Success Toolkit.  Our online, interactive resources make it easier for you to articulate, capture and share results of your most important medical product donations efforts – our team thoughtfully applies a “donations lens” to classic M&E approaches and methodologies. The MFS Toolkit delivers downloadable tools, frameworks, peer-developed case studies and points you towards research and other conversation-starters to complement your NGO and corporate partnership in measuring your product donations work. Measuring for Success Toolkit Workshop

Monday, February 28th @ 9am-10:30am ET

Are you working to establish an M&E framework for your product donations programs? Do you seek to connect this work to the broader field? This session is for program practitioners who want to discover how PQMD’s Impact Pyramid to inform the M&E approaches for their own programs. Registration is limited.

Join us for a hands-on technical workshop using the newest tool in the MFS Toolkit: the Impact Pyramid. This foundational framework articulates and connects key medical product donations pathways to ultimate impact areas. As a participant, you'll get the chance to interact with this new resource through the lens of your own organization - thinking through some of the pathways you lean on to create impact, and how M&E can support your work. This session will be run by M&E experts PQMD Adviser Dale Hill and PQMD’s Consultant Laura Hollod.
